3 Steps to Wellness – Week 2/3

Join us for a 3 week integrative course specially designed to help you reconnect with your natural self-healing abilities. *After successfully piloting the course last year, we’re bringing our 3 Steps to Wellness program to you again, with continuous improvements based on feedback from participants.* The course has been growing in popularity and spaces have filled up fast, so we recommend you book early to avoid disappointment.

In modern society, it’s becoming clearer that many of us struggle to get through day to day life without being affected by some form of anxiety or stress. With rising pressures from jobs, cultural expectations of how we ‘should’ look or act, and a lack of real education on how to stay healthy, it’s far too easy to get caught in the whirlwind of confusion and angst that is our western life.

Stress is one of the biggest inhibitors of our immune and digestive functions. When these vital systems aren’t performing as they should, we’re more susceptible to dis-ease. On top of this, when we don’t eat foods that are nourishing or nutrient-dense, our bodies aren’t absorbing the essential building blocks our cells need to repair and protect us from illness.

That’s why we’ve created this program; our intention is to give as many people as possible the opportunity to reconnect to their innate capacity to heal. We’re inviting you to join us on a journey to take back your personal power and maintain control of your own health and wellbeing, with a range of informed and holistic choices.

Working on the foundations of diet, stress reduction and detoxification, each week you’ll be given new insights into ways in which you can nourish your mind and body. Across the 3 weeks, you’ll be shown how good health isn’t dependant on one issue in the body or another in the mindset, but rather how it’s all connected.

You’ll be given the tools to implement the knowledge, and the confidence to carry them into your everyday life and share the information with your loved ones.

Held in a friendly, nurturing space with like-minded people, you’ll be invited to share your experiences, wants and intentions throughout the course. Along with newfound knowledge, you’ll also enjoy a sense of community, growth and experience the amazing potential powers of ‘group healing’.

To ensure a personal experience for everybody, spaces are strictly limited on this program. So please book early to avoid disappointment.

Commitment: 3 weeks on the following dates:

Tuesday February 12, 10:30am-2:30pm

Tuesday February 19, 10:30am-2:30pm

Tuesday February, 10:30am-2:30pm

(To get the most from this course, it’s important you’re able to commit to the full 3 weeks).

All materials and resources will be provided, along with a clean, healthy and organic lunch each week.

Please note the following:

  1. Together Against Cancer (TAC) is a registered charity and offers this program on a free or by donation basis (donations may be made on the day and are entirely voluntary).
  2. The workshop is open to everyone over the age of 18.
  3. Photographs may be taken, which we may use in our publications and social media.
