Join us on this new workshop to discover simple effective techniques to improve your well-being

This supportive 2 to 2 1/2hr session includes meditation, EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), Tong Ren and more.

After a n informative and interactive session, you will feel confident with using these self care tools to incorporate this knowledge into your daily routines.

Free to attend for Together Against Cancer registered clients and their carers or £5.00 per person for anyone else who wishes to attend.

This workshop is suitable for everyone as no previous experience or knowledge is required.
