Yoga is a combination of mindful movement and self-inquiry. Originally practiced as a means of bringing compassion and acceptance to all aspects of every-day life, yoga is now being shared across the globe as a form of relaxation, rejuvenation and building physical and emotional strength.
Lead with the intention of creating body awareness and inner-strength, these sessions are suitable for all levels of fitness and experience.
1 hour class 10:00am-11:00am.
Classes run weekly every Wednesday.
Please wear comfortable, loose clothing. Mats and blankets are available to use.
To ensure a more personal experience for all, spaces are limited, so please book early to avoid disappointment.

There is free parking on site either directly outside the centre and in any unmarked spaces on the business park.
Please note the following:
1. Together Against Cancer (TAC) is a registered charity and receives no government or statutory funding, we rely solely on the generosity of charitable trusts, companies and public donations to fund our vital work. Yoga is offered on a free or by donation basis to registered cancer patients and their carers, donations can be made on the day and are entirely voluntary. Otherwise the charge is £5 per head payable on the day with all proceeds going towards the running of our Education and Wellness Centre.
2. The workshop is open to everyone over the age of 18.
3. Photographs may be taken at the workshop that may be used in our publications and social media.
