All activities are suitable for complete beginners to advanced practitioners. Due to limited space, placed are strictly first-come-first-served, so please arrive early to avoid disappointment!
10:30am- 11am: Yoga This practice will focus on both waking up the body and calming the mind – an energising yet nurturing start to the day.
11:15am-11:45am: Tai Chi Qigong A series of slow, mindful movements, working with the energetic body and tapping into our inner-chi!
12pm- 12:30pm: Expressive Movement & Sound Workshop Both sound and movement have been used since the beginning of time as a means of expressing ourselves. Studies are now also showing the therapeutic benefits of a good song and dance. Using a variety of music and instruments from cultures the world over, we’ll go on a journey to create a renewed sense of vitality. You can call it dance, singing, chakra balancing, energy clearing or even igniting the spirit! But if you’re not into all that mumbo-jumbo, just join us for a good old fashioned BOOGY!
12:45pm-1:15pm: Guided Meditation

2:15pm- 2:45pm: Yoga Mostly floor-based, this afternoon practice is intended to nourish our mind and body and help us relax after a busy day. We will connect deeply with the breath, while creating a sense of body awareness and inner-stillness.

10:30am-10:50am: Powerball Demo Learn just how quick and easy it is to make delicious, healthy powerballs. Includes samples to taste.
11am-11:30am: Natural Nutrition Hippocrates said it first (or louder than the rest!): Food is medicine. It’s becoming more apparent the crucial role diet plays in both sickness and dis-ease. This talk presents valuable information and also offers you the chance to ask our Natural Nutritionist any questions you might have.
11:45-12:15: Moving Forward With Confidence Author, speaker and life coach Sanjaya Pandit has been transforming lives for 15 years. Here she shares her knowledge and some techniques to integrate mindset, heart and inspired action.
12:30am-1:30: Weight Loss, Longevity and the Alkaline Diet Homeopath John Jezewski’s mission is to bring alkalising, raw and live food, nutritional information and tonic herbs to as many people as possible.
1:45pm- 2:15pm: Breaking Negative Thought Patterns Nisha Tanna is a breast cancer survivor, bringing to us 17 years combined experience in psychology, NLP, Hypnotherapy and Timeline Therapy. Do you want to learn how to reframe circumstances to enable you to live the best version of your life? Then this talk is for you!
2:30pm- 3:00pm: Using CBD Oil for Palliative Care You’ve probably heard the hype by now surrounding cannabis oil and it’s potential health uses. Founder of Optimal Hemp, Andy Brine sheds some light on the use of cannabis oil, the difference between THC oil, and what options are now becoming available to us.
We promise to do our upmost to ensure all activities run as scheduled. However, we are but human and still working on (remembering) our psychic abilities.
