DESCRIPTION:Join Ros on this Tai Chi Qigong session. Enjoy a set of gentle\, soothing flowing movements to harmonise\, relax\, and rejuvenate your mind and\n\n\nEnjoy a set of gentle\, soothing flowing movements to harmonise\, relax\, and rejuvenate your mind and body. \nThese graceful exercise movements for all are made easy for you to follow and can be performed in a standing or seated position or as a combination of both where needed.  \nTai Chi Qigong is known to be beneficial in the process of reducing stress\, strengthening the immune system\, and boosting energy levels and circulation.  \nIt is also found to improve focus\, mobility\, balance and coordination. \nThere is no special clothing required to attend a session simply loose and comfortable. \n \n1. Together Against Cancer (TAC) is a registered charity and receives no government or statutory funding\, we rely solely on the generosity of charitable trusts\, companies and public donations to fund our vital work. \n2. The workshop is open to everyone over the age of 18. \nThis activity is at the centre only – No Zoom session available  \nWe couldn’t continue offering these kind of talks without your support.
