SUMMARY:Create Your Calm
DESCRIPTION:A Nervous System Reset\n\n\nA calming two-hour\, mat-based session designed to help participants slow down\, feel comfortable and reconnect with a sense of safety in the body. This gentle workshop focuses on simple breath-led practices to help regulate the nervous system\, supporting the body to come out of fight-or-flight and move towards rest\, ease and balance. Participants are guided through soothing postures on the mat\, with a breathing technique applied into each pose to encourage calm\, comfort and regulation. People often say they leave the session feeling clearer\, calmer and deeply rested. \nThis session will include: \n\ngentle\, mat-based movement and supportive stretches\nbreathwork techniques used within each pose to regulate the nervous system\nmeditation\nvisualisation\ncalming practices to help the body feel safe and settled\nspace to rest\, reset and reconnect\n\n \n£10 for Registered Clients at the TAC Wellness Centre. \nPlease note that this event is for our Registered Clients only. \n* Donations welcome \nPlease Note \nWhen booking your ticket\, Together Against Cancer will add you to their monthly mailing list and keep you informed of upcoming events. Following on from her introduction to her journey\, Rachel is joining us to talk about Green Cleaning. \nJoin Rachel C-K for an introduction to green cleaning and learn some simple steps to not only reduce harmful chemicals in your home but also reduce plastic from the environment \nMany chemicals found in household products may impact your endocrine system\, respiratory system and your skin- if you have ever wanted to learn more about how to make simple and effective changes and now feel overwhelmed- now is your chance. \nThis is a super informative session on natural solutions for your home\, how to make empowered choices for your health care and how the two connect. \nYou will discover why it is so important to make these changes\, how essential oils in the home can be part of this change\, which ones to use\, what other ingredients you may need\, and watch Rachel make some simple recipes for you to use at home.
