By Car

The Centre is located just off Troon Way on Humberstone Lane at Troon Business Centre. The area is serviced by several main road links and can be approached from Melton Road, the A563 Watermead Way/Troon Way or Hamilton Way/Thurmaston Lane.

Travelling From The North

Exit the M1 at Junction 22 and follow the A50. Take the A46 signposted Leicester N, Newarke and Anstey. Then take the exit marked Anstey, Beaumont Leys A5630. Take the Beaumont Leys Exit and 3rd on the roundabout following signs for Beaumont Leys. Go straight over the 1st roundabout and take the 1st exit at the second roundabout. This is now the A563. After travelling over a fly over and continuing through a major inter section with traffic lights (Sainsbury’s will be on your left) you will eventually approach an island where the 1st left is signposted Earl’s Way and Humberstone lane. Take the exit and Troon Business Park is approximately 1 minute further on the left hand side. Take the entrance into the business park when you see Retro Computer Museum, continue in the park and we are the 3rd building on the left (Unit S1), set back from the road. You may park outside the centre or in any unmarked parking space on the business estate.

Travelling From The South

Exit The M1 at Junction 21A and follow the A46 for approximately 2 junctions. Take the Beaumont Leys Exit and 3rd on the roundabout following signs for Beaumont Leys. Go straight over the 1st roundabout and take the 1st exit at the second roundabout. This is now A563. Travelling From Hamilton Way/Thurmaston Lane.

This direction includes travels from the A47 joining at Colchester Road, then Hungarton Boulevard which then turns in Hamilton Way and finally Thurmaston Lane.
Once on Thurmaston Lane you will approach the Barkby Road roundabout, take the third exit signposted Earl’s Way and Humberstone lane. Take the exit and Troon Business Park is approximately 1 minute further on the left hand side. Take the entrance into the business park when you see Retro Computer Museum, continue in the park and we are the 3rd building on the left, set back from the road. You may park outside the centre or in any unmarked parking space on the business estate.
