We are delighted to announce our first corporate sponsor, Secure Retail Ltd.
In 2023, Secure Retail Ltd chose to partner with Together Against Cancer to support us in a series of fundraising events throughout the year. All donations made are then matched by the company. The team have already taken part in June’s Leicestershire Wolf Run at Stanford Hall and hosted a Halloween fundraiser in October… so far raising £890. Superstars!

Pink Ribbon Foundation
The Pink Ribbon Foundation made a grant of £5,000 to Together Against Cancer in July 2023.
Pink Ribbon evaluate grant applications against a set of very strict criteria. “We are delighted to have awarded grants to many and various charities concerned with breast cancer.”
We are so grateful to Pink Ribbon for seeing and believing in the difference we make. Following a successful programme in 2022, we received £5,000 for a second year in a row! This funding will go directly towards supporting clients of ours who are on a breast cancer journey. We look forward to making a positive impact in the lives of so many more this year.

Breedon Group plc in Leicester donated £1,000 to Together Against Cancer.
Following a corporate walking challenge in June 2023, a lovely winning staff member at Breedon Group plc nominated Together Against Cancer to receive a £1,000 donation. We are so grateful for this generous support.
Breedon is a leading vertically-integrated construction materials group in Great Britain and Ireland, who supply the construction industry with the essential materials needed to build the places where we live and work, play and in-between.

Keythorpe Manor
Hosting an amazing Festive Bollywood Event.
The party atmosphere, coupled with the unparalleled kindness of people wanting to give was humbling. The event was a huge success with donations coming in 2 weeks after the event, so many people had a wonderful and an amazing time. It was what we all needed after a lonely lockdown and not seeing people for such a long time.
The amount raised was nearly £6,000 which will make a huge difference to our charity and will help support the biggest, to date, ‘Health and Wellness Show’ on 10th April 2022!
Thank you for a generous one-off donation, to Shah Dhirubhai of a donation of £600 and Ramesh Patel (Leicester Mandhata Lunch Club) of a donation of £501.00. A special thank you goes to the wonderful Mina, Bharat, and Jagdish Patel for their amazing hard work to produce this amazing event and showing so much thoughtfulness and generosity.
Peter Etherington
Peter Etherington has chosen Together Against Cancer as his Charity for Christmas 2022.
“My chosen charity is Together Against Cancer, based in Leicester. They provide a great service to those with cancer, their families and the general public to support them with a range of therapies, workshops and education”.

ShareGift
ShareGift made a grant of £5,000 after a suggestion by a supporter of Together Against Cancer.
ShareGift make their grants based upon research and suggestions from donors. ‘You can help support Together Against Cancer by donating any small shareholdings you may want to donate and mentioning that you support Together Against Cancer’.
Thank you ShareGift and the wonderful donor who donated their shares and suggested Together Against Cancer as a benefactor. £5,000 really makes a difference to people affected by cancer.
Highcross Leicester
Purple Tuesday in Highcross Leicester.
It was a wonderful opportunity to promote cancer awareness and Together Against Cancer within the community of Leicester.
£2,253 was raised from donations of the generosity of the people of Leicester, Highcross’s support, and retailer’s gifts to the raffle. We also had help from other businesses including volunteering on the day, such as, Metro Bank, Mattioli Woods and Honey Legal.
We gave out over 3,000 Cancer Support Cards, TAC Handouts and Cancer Information Leaflets.
Thank you Highcross Leicester and our amazing volunteers. Together we let Leicester know that Together Against Cancer is here for anyone diagnosed with cancer and those that are living with devastating after effects of their traumatic treatments.
Abbey Lane ASDA, Exploration Drive, Leicester.
Abbey Lane ASDA donated two fabulous festive hampers for the fundraising Festive Bollywood Concert on Saturday 4th December 2021. They were presented by Shaheen, Community Champion for ASDA, who also kindly volunteered to sell raffle tickets on the night. The concert was wonderful and the raffle raised £848 in aid of Together Against Cancer.
Additionally, £510.39 was donated by Abbey Lane ASDA customers during a Christmas Eve bucket collection in store.
