How to start the day off well and support yourself with hydrating breakfast options.

We will be talking about;

· Why its so important to achieve and maintain optimum levels of hydration.

· What is a water programme, what one looks like and how to implement good habits into everyday life.

· What life factors are contributing towards dehydration, how to spot them and be mindful of these robbers!

· Alternatives to common dehydrating drinks. Different mylks (almond, oat, hemp etc) their pros and cons and how to prepare them at home.

· Recipes and demonstration of alternatives that can be made at home to boost hydration.

· Its not all about what we drink, why hydrating foods are a positive addition to the diet.

· Starting the day off the right way with easy vegan breakfast ideas, which are high in nutrients and support the principles of hydration.

· Informal Q & A to end the session.
