Join Jo McMullen for a regular Chair Yoga Class on Mondays

Enjoy the strength building exercises from Yoga with the support of a chair.

Yoga is known for helping with strength, flexibility and stamina. Chair Yoga is gentler and will help you get some needed exercise in your week.

There is no special clothing required to attend a session simply loose and comfortable.

This group activity is for Registered Clients and Carers only. No general admission

1. Together Against Cancer (TAC) is a registered charity and receives no government or statutory funding, we rely solely on the generosity of charitable trusts, companies and public donations to fund our vital work.

2. The workshop is open to everyone over the age of 18.

This activity is at the centre only – No Zoom session available
