A Nervous System Reset

A calming two-hour, mat-based session designed to help participants slow down, feel comfortable and reconnect with a sense of safety in the body. This gentle workshop focuses on simple breath-led practices to help regulate the nervous system, supporting the body to come out of fight-or-flight and move towards rest, ease and balance. Participants are guided through soothing postures on the mat, with a breathing technique applied into each pose to encourage calm, comfort and regulation. People often say they leave the session feeling clearer, calmer and deeply rested.

This session will include:

  • gentle, mat-based movement and supportive stretches
  • breathwork techniques used within each pose to regulate the nervous system
  • meditation
  • visualisation
  • calming practices to help the body feel safe and settled
  • space to rest, reset and reconnect

£10 for Registered Clients at the TAC Wellness Centre.
