Nature Walk

Join us for a gentle one-hour stroll through the beautiful Mill Fields Forest Garden as we discover up to 10 common wild plants that scientific research has shown contain compounds with remarkable potential to support the body’s natural defences.
We’ll explore how these everyday wild plants have been studied for their ability to support the immune system, help protect healthy cells, reduce inflammation, and in some cases even slow the growth of cancer cells in laboratory research.
Nature has provided us with an incredible pharmacy, and this relaxed walk is an opportunity to discover some of the plants growing all around us and the exciting research behind them. Whether you’re interested in prevention, supporting your wellbeing, or simply learning more about the healing power of nature, this walk is sure to inspire.
