This event is a guided meditation session taking place in our workshop room at the TAC Wellness Centre.
This guided meditation will be run by Valerie. Participants can choose to sit or lie down.
This is beneficial to all looking to relieve stress and help their body heal.
Free for Registered Clients and Carers. £10 for General Admission.
